If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I had such a great experience working with this immigration law office, and I especially want to recognize Atlas for all of his help throughout the process.

Atlas worked very closely with me and made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming immigration process feel incredibly easy and manageable. He communicated every step clearly, was always patient with my questions, and provided very detailed instructions about exactly which documents I needed and what I needed to do next. I always felt informed and knew where things stood throughout the entire process.

His communication was excellent, and his English is outstanding. I never had any difficulty understanding him during our conversations, which made everything even easier and gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process.

Atlas was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from beginning to end. I am extremely grateful for all of his support and would highly recommend this office to anyone needing help with immigration matters.

I cannot say enough to thank Atlas Nascimento and Oliveira Lawyers for their extraordinary work to help me obtain my retirement visa.

Obtaining a Brazilian visa may sound straightforward — but often it is not. Just knowing which specific documents to submit is essential.

The process is sometimes complex with many twists and turns. Many documents need to be officially translated and put into an apostille form. Knowing what will count as proof of income, requires knowledge of the Brazilian system, including what they will accept financially from banks. Also, the Federal Police approval process requires detailed navigation.

Atlas and Oliveira took what would’ve been a very confusing process for me —and made it simple.

In addition, I was so impressed with Atlas’s complete responsiveness to my questions and concerns. Whenever I had any issue throughout the process, he responded quickly with clear information and solid advice.

Contracting with Atlas and Oliveira was totally essential —and worth every penny spent. I will be looking to rent/buy a Brazilian apartment now — and I absolutely will seek their help. Thank you Atlas and Oliveira for a job well done!

Oliveira Lawyers deserves the highest commendation I can provide. Luciano Oliveira and talented members of his team—Livia Lopes, Sara Bezerra, and Vitoria Rodrigues—combined extraordinary expertise and experience with strategic insight and sympathetic support in guiding me as a U.S. citizen in Brazil successfully through the complex processes involved in obtaining a CPF, stable union status and a family-based residency visa. The bilingual team and the range of specializations make Oliveira Lawyers an ideal partner for Americans and other foreign nationals and expatriates as they navigate their way through the rules and regulations of the wonderful nation of Brazil. Oliveira Lawyers has earned my highest recommendation with their outstanding service and I will not hesitate to seek their guidance and help in any legal matters I face in Brazil in the future.

As you can see, I ask WHY a lot!!! After asking all my WHY's to Luciano in a consultation, I signed up for them to represent me for a retirement visa. I was assigned ATLAS, who is just a wonderful person to help you with your immigration needs. Everything is laid out easily. And ATLAS is there to hold your hand every step of the way. I DEFINITELY recommend ATLAS as a caring and thorough employee who actually was interested in me and the success of the visa. ATLAS made sure I understood every detail. Everyone I communicated with at Oliveira Lawyers was always happy to help me. Just follow their detailed directions, and prepare everything in advance, and I am sure you will be just as happy with the results as I was! A well deserved 5 star plus!!!
