U.S. consular services in Brazil: choose the right service
Use the official U.S. Mission channels for appointments, current access instructions and emergency contacts. A visa appointment, an American Citizen Services appointment and a visit to an application-support center are not interchangeable.
The Embassy in Brasília is not restricted to U.S.-citizen matters. The mission provides separate visa and citizen-service channels. Consular agencies have a different service scope from full consulates.

Appointments and assistance

- American Citizen Services: passports, reports of birth, notarials and related assistance have their own requirements.
